I'm a hard working young professional from the Northwest. I'm pretty out going and love to have a great time hanging out with great friends, going out to bars when i have a chance, and just enjoying my 20s. As much as i do love to go out and party, i still love my quite nights at home, a good home coocked dinner with friends or family. Those moments can be so much more!

Life have been very intresting over the last couple of years, i've lost some of the closest people in life, and i've learned a lot on that road of recovery. I'm honest and have tons of passion especially on things i love. Art, music, fashion keep me alive. I enjoy traveling and learning new things from different people. I love the movement of the city and the fast pace.

I live on an island and work in the city. I'm a transplant to the Pacific Northwest from the East Coast, but I've been here long enough that I just wear a sweatshirt instead of carrying an umbrella.

I love books, reading and libraries. I've got a degree in Library and Information Science, and I can talk your ear off about it if you let me.

I spend a lot of time knitting, as I am currently making everyone I know a pair of socks.

I frequently go to concerts and local shows. I am always listening to music and trying to discover new stuff to listen to.

I also like playing video games, watching British television and the history channel. I like to talk about literature, tv, movies and cultural things.

Just a plain, simple me, nothing special. People tell me I look a lot younger for my age, you be the judge when we meet. I'm about 5'10" tall, 165 lbs. depending on how much I ate..I'm usually friendly and cheerful and can adjust well to the people I'm with at the moment.. I'm Asian and proud of it...but I can go out with anybody no matter what your ethnicity is, if I like you, I'll let you know right away. Like, I don't snore loud to make the picture frames on the walls rattle...stuff like that..

My zest for life is "Travel" anywhere, especially outside the USA is really nice. Europe doesn't give me as bad jetlag as when I go to Asia. So when your inkling is to travel around like me, let's chat and maybe we can compare experiences, serendipitously I should say....mike...

ok gentleman heres the deal I am a single mother and insanely proud of myself for being able to handle everything that comes with it. I defiantly don't need any one who isn't supportive. so if you can't handle that then you may as well leave right now.
I think I'm pretty average honestly. I have heard a lot of people tell me I'm pretty which is nice but I know that there is nothing remarkably beautiful about me. I am also about average hight and weight neither tall nor short,fat nor thin. The good news is that I don't have an overinflated sense of self and I don't have any serious self esteem issues.
I am a constant contradiction which can be irritating I know but I can't change my nature. Even my body does it. I have a naturally elevated pulse but poor circulation go figure. I think it is part of the whole balance thing I like to keep everything balanced. So though I can't stand a dirty house. I don't really like cleaning, but I am good at it so I would rather do it myself than have someone else mess it up and there are lots of other things like that. So heres your second tip don't try to figure me out I need to be able to do that first and I haven't had any luck yet so I doubt that you will :)
I'm honestly not sure what else I should be putting about me with all the other sections here. I guess I could wright a quick blurb about what I'm looking for. I prefer men that are at least 3" taller than I am mostly because I love waring my heels and I don't like being taller than the guy I'm with but the taller the better ;) I do have one pare of 5" heels :) I also (of corse) like guys with hard bodes. thats not to say I would never go for a guy thats a bit fluffy but I'm REALLY into hard tattooed and pierced bodes mmm mmm mmm mmm mmm boys with all three make me want to do very dirty things lol Now on a more mature note I also want a man that can hold down a job. Hello! I have just moved to the lovely state of Washington, from the also-lovely state of California! I'm a former classical guitarist, but have reformed to being more like...a techno/folk musician. w00t for techno folk!!

I adore nature, in the small scale(quarks, atoms), in the large scale(the UNIVERSE!), and everything in between! I love hiking and backpacking, and sort of wish I could just live in the wild.

I lived in Pennsylvania for 9 years...then i moved to Bainbridge island wa....then to Maryland then to Virginia then back to WA lol.

I have learned alot form the different places i have lived, i know big meals are incomplete with out 7 sweets and 7 sours, or that a small coffee is now a tall* i still dont get that but oh well*. Or that sadly in some places you can have a favorite forest and over night it can be torn down for new houses. I know the world has its ups and downs as do its people. But as long as the sun keeps shining and the moon is beaming i am great.

I am one of those people that make weird faces at you when we pass on the freeway.

I always have a new hobbie...right now its making candy...but i have done so much, its hard to keep track.

I am great with kids and animals and i feel at home just the same in a nice forest or a warm house.

i love the beach.

I cook a lot and love to make a mess in the kitchen.

i've recently retired from the corporate realm computer game development; between that, film, and time as an industrial designer / engineer is where i spent my early biz life. i've just moved to seattle about 3 months ago where the partner and i have a new startup called lifeform entertainment. we make iphone & android apps and i expect it to be quite successful. it is pretty here and warmer certainly than canada where i have been living for the past 4 years. i also consult and am a successful professional artist.

hobbies: i am the quintessential renaissance man. i do a lot of work in the shop in the mode of the traditional craftsman: furniture and jewelry--pretty slick stuff, all by hand. its very zen-no power tools, no sandpaper. just getting the new studio/shop setup here in seattle area. if you are nice to me, yes, perhaps i would make you something someday :)

i teach a meditation class in my spare time and have been practicing yoga and martial arts for 25+ years now steadily. i get called obi wan a lot by friends who know me well, even though i secretly hate star wars. i read a lot & cook quite well; however, it takes a pretty girl to really coax me into it. :)

i am over 120 feet tall, sweet, handsome, loyal, passionate, intense, and driven. little room for bullsh*tor drama these days--would rather be single than confused about a messy relationship. people tell me that my intellectual and emotional intelligence are off the charts--and that i am a walking fountain of obscure information.

Now the interesting thing about trying to meet people in this forum, as opposed to say, the real world, is, the rejection is so impersonal, I always loved the creative excuses, "I need to wax the dog, my boyfriend gets out of prison that day, I only have hours to live...." typical stuff.
I prefer the company of a close friend over the mob scene, that does not, however, rule out social events or a good hanging....(ask me about THAT story!) I guess one could say I like individuals, but as far as humanity is concerned, I prefer it in small doses.
I really like puttering in the yard, and of course God gave me allergies so I wouldn't become arrogant about it. I don't dance (white guy syndrome) although I would LOVE to be good at ballroom dancing. Don't meditate, I have mediated, however....

I am a 30 year old single father of a wondeful 7 year old boy. I have full custody and his mother is not in the picture at all. My son is my biggest focus in life, and if a single dad is not something you can deal with then I'm probably not the guy for you. I am extremlely laid back, and try to make the best out of any situation. My interests include: Fly fishing-I have fished my whole life, and fly fished off and on for the last 15 years. I'd love to go to Florida and catch a tarpon on a fly but I am terrified of flying.
Music- I am a die hard metal fan, but I can appreciate most music in some way. Ok, maybe not rap. I prefer instruments over computers, but that's just me. I'm a huge fan of Rush, and would take their discography with me to a deserted island for sure. I am also a big fan of Iron Maiden, Motorhead, Sabbath, Testament, Suffocation, Grave, Kreator, Barry White, The Cranberries, Dead Kennedys, Subhumans and more bands than I could possibly list.
Movies-I'm a big fan of sports movies. Wanna see me tear up? Put in Rudy. I also have a thing for movies about insanely large animals attacking people, such as Anaconda. I love movies that I can quote at work with my friends. Not a day goes by that I don't hear a Mallrats quote. I pretty much just love a good story.
Sports- I am a die hard Seahawks, Mariners, and Huskies fan. I'll root for the cougs if they are playing anyone but the UW. I love going to Qwest field and believe that people should be thrown out of the stadium if they are sitting quietly while the hawks are on defense. I believe Ken Griffey Jr. is the greatest baseball player to ever play, and I believe letting Randy Johnson go was the Mariner's biggest mistake.
I love to play poker, notably Texas Hold 'Em. I really enjoy any card game that requires strategy and thinking in general. Love me some spades, and we play a pretty fun version of hearts at work. Other than that I can have a good time doing just about anything, and try to find the fun in any situation. I'm the guy cracking jokes, singing at the top of my lungs, and pulling pranks at work no matter how busy we are.
I'm a journeyman mechanic at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard where I have worked for 5 plus years. For the most part I really enjoy my job. I get to move around and do different things all day, and I work with some really great people. Most of my friends are through work. Things can get pretty crazy around there in the name of having fun. Ask me about the super fun game "junk toss".

Who am I? Well for starters, I'm a person who truly hates filling out these questionaires but maybe if I do it well enough I can save us both some time. How bout I tell you some of my short comings? I'm a tv-aholic, I'm stubborn, a little snobbish, I have the annoying abitlity to think my way out of a paper bag - any man who is intimidated by a lively, intellegent conversation might want to look elsewhere. I'm way too hung up on my cat who I talk baby-talk to. I love to watch professional sports and I'd really like to find a man who doesn't need me on Sundays or Monday evenings. Doing laundry, cooking and cleaning really cuts into my enjoyment of football if you know what I mean. If the Mariners don't get into the playoffs, I'm going to hell to live with for a while. Other than that, I actually love to cook, I live comfortably (i.e. bed rarely gets made), I always have clean clothes although that may have more to do with the fact that I have so many (my shoes have their own room). I prefer to be happy and positive in spite of what life throws in my face and I think that's how my friends would describe me.:banana: Since dinner at a nice restaurant and a couple glasses of wine seem to fallen by the wayside in favor of the blind rush to the bedroom in most mens minds these days, I would say, come over to my house, I'll cook you a nice dinner, prop your eyelids open with toothpicks, make you watch a movie and then if I still liked you - well who knows?

I'm in my mid twenties figuring out life, I suppose I'll continue on this trek for the rest of my life always in awe of how little I know. I can't think of any time my mind is not racing there is always something going on but I can't claim it's always worth talking about.

Employed, educated, non-smoking, non-drug abusing, debt free, never divorced, childless, intelligent, religiously irreverent, tall with a sense of humor. Never spent any time in jail or rehab. I can cook, clean, do my own laundry and manage household finances. So where's my counterpart? I know and love good tequila. I have geeky interests such as playing complicated board games, card games and computer games. I don't play tabletop roleplaying games like D&D or Warhammer. I have a lot of tattooing, but none of it's visible in work clothes. A truthful statement of life: Tattoo artists are more realistic then lawyers and twice as honest.

Judging myself Iâ??ve come to the conclusion that Iâ??m very confident and I have the attitude that I can do whatever I want. Which sometimes does get my in trouble, but I think itâ??s better to take chances in life then to sit around and be afraid of experience what life has to offer. I can be rather spontaneous I have gone to New York for a trip just to explore the city on just a few days notice, Iâ??ve taken long road trips with ridiculous goals, for instance I once drove 5 hours for a certain type of ice cream. I have set some fun goals for this spring and summer, some are kayaking to Blake Island and camping there, hiking up to a hard to get to lake in the Olympics and exploring more of the east coast. Probably my biggest hobby is music. Always has and always will be. I generally listen to a little bit of everything, but Hip Hop/R&B is my first love, and I tend to listen to the stuff that isn't played 5 times an hour on the radio(Talib Kweli, The Cool Kids, Kid Cudi, Wale, Drake to name a few on heavy rotation on my iPod at the moment). Other than music, I'm into sports. Baseball is cool, but I can't sit at home and watch a game, its much better at a stadium in the nosebleed seats with the real fans. Basketball is my favorite, and I'm excited that its ball season again. Magic are taking it all this year....just you wait!

What I tell people to call me changes on a close-to-daily basis, so I really don't care. I'm from a strange realm between the great outdoors and the internet. I should start out by saying that I'm more full of crap than a porta-potty. I talk a lot of smack but really I'm a shy, nerdy, metalhead girl who has too much time on her hands. Also, I'm a fatass. My name is Jose, and i'm new to the bremerton area. I'm simple minded, and very out going. I like to think i'm easy to get along with, and a great person to be around.

Let's see , I'm from the south and was raised by a rather conservative mother. Allthough at times it is difficult having sentiments and values different from my peers, I am grateful to my family and friends who give me my unique perspective. I am a bit removed from modern culture, having my own way of doing things sometimes, or having a different sense of respect and polite behavior. My journal, though far from thorough, does address a few of these differences. Being a bit out of sync with culture, I tend to be more cautious timid and quiet with new people and settings. However, I do tend to open up if the conversation shifts to economic policy or hurricanes for example. When I get going on those topics, I do tend to get carried away. That is definitely the obsessive side of my personality, getting carried away; at times I will pick up on ideas and scenarios, and my curiosity will want to pursue them until they are resolved. I have for example a math problem which I've been working on for almost four years. As you probably can tell, I'm getting sidetracked yet again like I always do when I'm writing this thing, so I think I'll skip to the end; I am a sweet sensible intelligent man looking for a sweet sensible intelligent lady.

ook so umm, i live in bremerton again and my lifes actually starting to get on track! got a job, got a house with my OWN room again, and yeah, im enjoying it.

so i'm just tryin to make some friends some cool people to chill with and get to know. i hate how whenever i meet someone on here they have all these expectations! ill tell you right now i just got out of a shitty relationship, im not gonna just jump into another one.

uhh i'm really bad at talking about myself ill be suprised if you really even read this, i wouldnt, lol. i own two pitbulls, and an iguana. i love all of them soo much, i would concider them my kids im a really honest person and loyal person although im kinda shy when you first meet me.. but that usually goes away fast. unless we're drinking, then it never existed most likely lol. drinking usually takes me out of my shell. well i already dont know what to talk about again and im really trying to type these 500 "brilliant" words lol. i like going camping and just going on random road trips to where ever and just exploring anywhere you wont see me going on an adventure without my camera... i love photography. id probably die without my camera.

well I am an honest person, one who takes the time to smell the roses and one who has a heart of gold. I am a hardworking person who loves her doggies and whoever comes in my life must meet their approval!!! I enjoy the outdoor life I am an avid camper, hiker, fisherman, and yes I occasionally hunt birds and yes I do smoke (desiring to quit), drink occasionally, and basically have an up beat attitude on living the simple life!

My hometown is Honolulu,but I'm now in the Seattle area.I've been a drummer since age 11. I played drums in the Denver area in the late 60's with Dick Clark,in New Orleans in the 70's and 80's and the Honolulu academy of arts in 2004 & 2006. I studied at the univ. of New Orleans and learned to cook,eat and drink once in a while. I'm also a Vietnam vet (navy corpsman) and a nurse. I'm kind of having a difficult time dealing with the weather here as I've lived in the tropics for most of my life.I was stationed at Naval air station Whidbey Is. (Naval hospital Whidbey Is.)In the 70's so I sort of knew what I was getting my self into when I moved here (but I needed to move here)! I haven't been doing much because most of my friends live in Honolulu and San Diego.

Not really here for any reason other than maybe finding some fun people to hang out with. I have a lot of male friends, but I don't have an problem with females, this site is just geared toward dating. I hate that awkward expectation you have when meeting someone of the opposite sex for the first time...

My life is currently in another waiting phase, waiting to see what might happen, and it's not my idea of a good time. So some good times to help distract me would be nice. Well I'm fun person that likes to go out and try new things. I like running, snowboarding, and down for anything. I'm a confident, nice, easy going person that enjoys good company.

I am 5`6" tall, Jewish (and NO, I don't want to be saved) with hazel eyes, short brown hair and a medium build. I`m honest, straight-forward and college educated. I don`t drink alcohol, get high or smoke cigarettes. Oh, and I'm a vegetarian...so if tofu scares you, you're going to be petrified! I like to read and write poetry. I enjoy looking at and buying art, watching movies, and listening to most kinds of music (except country).

I am serious about matters concerning Human Rights and politics...(so no bigots need apply). However, that doesn`t mean that I don`t like to laugh and have fun (especially when high on chocolate). I am sincere, down-to-earth, affectionate, caring, intelligent and goofy.

I`m about being real: Real with myself and others. I believe in having a good secure financial present and future, but I`m not materialistic...okay, so maybe sometimes I buy too much art and jewelry. However, it`s not their monetary value that attracts me. I am not a gold and diamonds type of person. Besides, the politics behind diamonds are awful and I don`t want to have any part of it. I like silver and semi-precious stones because they have character. That is something I like in my art, jewelry and most of all friends.

I am 26, have been laid off, and am also a manager of a coffee shop. How can I be laid off and also be a manager? I lost my first gig, then picked up a new one. I sometimes cover the array of human emotions, though I stick to happy most of the time. I'm a retired DOD worker, who loves movie, music, computers,video games, and dogs.
